Material Of Construction

• CASING:
Injection-moulded one-piece casing with top-centreline discharge and integrated flanges. Available in PP, PVDF, and UHMWPE materials.
• IMPELLER:
Hydraulically balanced semi-open impeller with precision-machined flow passages for high efficiency and improved NPSH performance. Available in PP, PVDF, and UHMWPE.
• SHAFT:
SS 304 shaft protected with Alloy-20, Alumina, PTFE, or Ceramic shaft sleeves.
• BEARING HOUSING:
Heavy-duty graded cast iron construction.
• BEARING:
SKF Ball Bearings.
• MECHANICAL SEAL:
Rotary seal faces are manufactured from PTFE, with stationary faces in high-purity Alumina Ceramic.
• DISTANCE PIECE:
Heavy-duty one-piece injection-moulded polypropylene construction.
