Material of Construction

  • Casing: Top centerline discharge with integrated flanges. Single-piece, jointless casing formed from injection-molded
    Polypropylene / PVDF / UHMWPE.
  • Impeller: Hydraulically balanced and accurately matched to the casing profile. Semi-open type with particle shroud and
    glass-finished flow passages for high efficiency and low NPSH performance. Made from compression-molded
    Polypropylene / PVDF / UHMWPE.
  • Shaft: Constructed from SS 304, protected by a shaft sleeve made of Alloy-20, Alumina-filled Teflon, or Ceramic.
  • Bearing Housing: Made from heavy-duty graded casting.
  • Bearing: Fitted with SKF ball bearings for smooth and reliable operation.
  • Mechanical Seal: Rotary part made of glass-filled Teflon; stationary part made of high alumina-filled ceramic.
  • Distance Piece: Heavy-duty, one-piece injection-molded polypropylene.
