IM Rubber Lined Pump/Ceramic Coated Pumps

Features

• Construction:
  All wetted parts in contact with the pumped liquid are either rubberlined on cast iron or manufactured from appropriate corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials.
• Drive:
  Pumps are available with direct coupling or V-belt drive (available on request)
• Impeller:
  Semi-open rubber-lined impeller designed to handle solid particles with minimal loss of pump efficiency.
• Shaft:
  EN-9 or SS 316
• Sleeve:
  Alloy 20, Ceramic or FRP
• Ball Bearing:
  The inboard bearing is press-fitted onto the shaft (EN-9/SS 316) and is free to float axially in the frame, carrying radial loads only. The outboard bearing is shouldered and locked onto the shaft with a locknut and washer and fitted into the bearing housing to carry both radial and unbalanced thrust loads. All bearing fits are precision-bored.
• Gland Packing:
  Pumps are fitted with gland packing compatible with the liquid to be handled.
